What is online personal training?

A fully personalised training and nutrition programme designed around your body, goals, and equipment — delivered remotely with the same level of attention as in-person.

Is online training as effective as in-person?

Yes. Every programme is based on your movement assessment, body composition, and specific goals. Clients training online consistently hit the same results as face to face.

How much does personal training cost?

A single 30-minute assessment is £35. Structured programmes are available as 12-week packages. Get in touch for a free consultation.

I’m a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Many of my clients started with zero experience. I build safe, progressive programmes from day one.

Do you help with nutrition?

Yes. Nutrition guidance is built into every programme. I also offer a standalone personalised diet plan calculated from your body composition and goals.

How often should I train?

Most clients train 3–4 times per week. I design a frequency that fits your lifestyle.

Can you work with injuries or medical conditions?

Yes. I hold a Level 4 Cardiac Rehab qualification and have worked with clients managing conditions from muscular dystrophy to post-surgical recovery.
