About Dushyanta

I'm a fitness and nutrition coach based in London, holding an MSc in Applied Sports and Exercise Physiology with Distinction from Bangor University, UK. My work is built on one principle: every person deserves a plan built around their life, not a template built for no one.

Over the past decade I've worked across personal training, cardiovascular rehabilitation, sports nutrition, and applied research. My clients range from complete beginners to people managing chronic conditions — each starting somewhere different, each with a result worth working toward.

I co-founded DT Fitness London to bring the rigour of exercise science into everyday coaching — because lasting change comes from understanding people, not just physiology.
